Neo Tiew Estate
In Lim Chu Kang, there is a small public housing area known as Neo Tiew Estate (or Lim Chu Kang Rural Centre) which was built in 1979. Today, this place has been left in its desolation after residents shifted out in 2002. Thereafter, it has earned itself the title as one of the prime haunted locations on Singapore island!
